Investment in wine.
Our vineyard in Bordeaux, Château Le Grand Housteau, 28 hectares, gravel and clay soils, hillsides between 20 and 100 meters above sea level.
We use six grape varieties:
- Cabernet Franc
- Cabernet Sauvignon
- Merlot
- Semillon
- Sauvignon Blanc
- Colombard
Since 2020, we have completely changed our approach to wine and decided to produce single-varietal wines, but without forgetting blended wines.
Instead of the usual three wines in a cellar, we make 10.
How did we do this?
We decided to divide the plots into several parts and selected the most characteristic viticultural materials for each plot, which turned into a wide variety of cuvées.
The choice turned out to be the right one since our first vintage won two medals in some international wine competitions in Germany: silver and gold.
Also, we specially ordered four clay amphoras, two of which, for the first time in the world, were made of blue clay, which allows us to say that we have a unique amphora wine.
We carry out all our work using organic technology and in autumn 2022 we received an organic certificate.
Today we have decided to continue working in this direction.
In order to modernize our equipment and work the grapes more delicately, we have chosen to attract additional funds.
We are willing to accept investments from 5000 euros, with an annual interest rate of 10%, for a period of 2 or 3 years.
5000 & 2 years
Your investment of 5000 euros for 2 years at 10% per year.
Guarantee - our wine in quantities of 2400 bottles.
Once a year you receive 10% - 500 euros, and after 2 years you get back the invested amount.
Total - you win 1000 euros.
In addition, you receive, once a year, 1 box of 6 bottles of our Château wines with your personalized label.
In total - 12 bottles of your personal wine.

Your investment is 10,000 euros for 3 years at 10% per annum.
Guarantee - our wine in the amount of 4800 bottles.
Once a year you get 10% - 1000 euros and after 3 years you get back the invested amount.
Total - you earn 3 thousand euros.
Also, once a year, you receive 2 boxes of 6 bottles of our Chateau wines with your personalized label.
In total - 36 bottles of your personal wine.
